We offer free shipping on all LED products within the United States — no minimums, no hidden fees. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery in 7–12 business days depending on your location. Because our products are shipped directly from our trusted partners, please allow for slight variations in delivery time.
Shipping Policy Real Neon Signs
All custom real neon signs created by Fire Creek Neon are available for pickup only in Medford, Oregon, or hand-delivered by arrangement. Due to the fragile nature of true neon glass, we do not ship through standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
If delivery is required, please email us at fcnneon@gmail.com to arrange a custom shipping quote. Delivery fees vary depending on the size of the piece and the distance from Medford, Oregon. Our goal is to ensure each sign arrives in perfect condition — which is why every delivery is handled with personal care and professional attention. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us at fcnneon@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
